T-shirt Printing?

I would like to print a small amount of T-shirts (less than 20) to re-sell at a crafts fair later this year. I am looking for a place where I can buy them cheeply enough to mark up ($7 at the very most). I would only be using one color of ink. Does anyone know a good place that would take orders that small. Please let me know what you thought of the quality. Thanks!

u could make it urself they have that speacial iron on t-shirts thingys
