I have recently bought an 80GB external harddrive, because my internal 80GB is almost full. I have about 10-15 games installed on it. I was wondering if I uninstalled those and installed them on my external harddrive, would they run?

they will probably run fine, but It may be a little slower.
I suggest backing up all your data and Buy a bigger hard drive.
If you use programs like ghost (which will make an perfect image of your hard drive), you can back up your data, put in the new hard drive and restore your data. The whole process shouldn't take more than a couple of hours, but when you are done, your internal HD will be bigger.
I do it all the time.

No ,when you install something on your computer including games, it has to be installed on your primary hard drive because it goes to your program files folder.if you install your programs on other drives and partition it is not going to work.you can only store your data on other things
