There are not many Top Notch restaurants in Las Vegas. You will find yur average run of the mill restaurants in town. Las Vegas is more known for its buffetts. Here are a handful of places my family and I enjoy going when they come up to visit us. Check out www.lasvegasadviser.com for a list and address of restaurants in Las Vegas.

Onda Ristorante & Wine Lounge @ The Mirage

La Mesa Grill @ Caesars Palace

Tamales off Tenaya and Cheyenne

Kona Grill @ Boca Park

Viva Mercado off of Flamingo and Jones

Sammys Woodfire Pizza off of Sahara

The absolute best?

Joel Robuchon at the Mansion at MGM
Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesar's Palace

Expect to spend a couple hundred dollars a person.

To the person who said there are only "run of the mill" restaurants in Vegas....have you been here in the past 5 years?

My husband and I go to Marche Bacchus. It is a french restaurant and wine shop. They have one of the best wine selections in town. There is an old world French atmosphere inside, the outside is a beautiful patio on Dessert Shores Lake. You are surrounded by greenery. The menu is exciting, traditional french fare (escargot), and not so traditional ( mac and cheese with truffles). You can dress up or casual chic.
