will it be better for me to buy another computer or upgrade the one that i have: this is what i have in my PC;

Intel (R) celeron(R) CPU 2.93 GHZ, 248 MB of RAM

I want to put some more memory because is way too slow, but i don't what will be my best option. can someone tell me?

A Celeron is a Pentium that got a lobotomy.
Get a new system.

Memory will improve your speed - 248 isn't enough these days. check out "buildyourownpc.com" for more information .
