is there a place online that lets you exchange graphic cards?

i got a brand new Radeon 9550 AGP that doesnt work for my computer and cant return it (all sales final). I was wondering if anything online will let you trade for another graphics card or will give you cash?????????????

ATI will give you credit if you trade in your video card, but they only give you like $30 or $40 toward a new card.
