I ran out of characters to work with in formulating the question. But you get the idea.

Although your spelling and some facts are incorrect I got the general idea of your question. I think Arlen and Cory have proven themselves as accomplished designers and builders over many years. OCC is more interested in designing on screen arguments than being innovative in design. My vote would be for Arlen and Corey. I am not a motorcycle designer but I am a designer in the construction industry. Good design, no matter what field you're in, involves a certain degree of art. Arlen and Cory are miles ahead of OCC in having a good design "art" sense and it shows in their bikes. I don't see it in OCC's bikes.

Arlen & Cory Ness are not from Victory....they only colaborated on some design aspects of Victory motorcycles. Arlen & Cory are both accomplished original bike builders. OCC not "OOC"...is crap. Get a freakin clue Jr!

my buddy worked at a custom bike shop in central Texas and they were at the Easyrider's show in New Orleans a few years ago where the OCC gang was the "feature". they roped off a big area so the Teutels (sp?) could ride their bikes in, BUT 3 of the 4 bikes that they brought wouldn't even start!!! they ended up having to just push the bikes in to their booth -- that HAD to be embarrassing.

no wonder most REAL chopper builders refer to OCC as "Over the Counter Choppers" - LOL!!!

Arlen Ness (and Cory, i guess) is pure innovative genius. the guy has done amazing things with bikes. he custom-built the exhaust system on my cousin's "show" bike and it looks and sounds KILLER!!

The Tuetels aren't a hair on the Ness's behinds. Aside from the theme bikes they don't make anything innovative. They never made any parts (frames, tanks, fenders) in house until recently. If it wasn't for Rick banging out tanks all their bikes would be cookie cutters. Look when junior attempted to make tanks in the past. They were all hard angles. There are so many more creative bike builders in the business. If it wasn't for Rick and Vinnie they would be doomed. Ever ask yourself why they haven't been invited to Biker Buildoff?

Without a doubt arlen and corry ness. arlen has been a mainstay of customs starting in the 70's that should tell you enough. although i really haven't dug what arlens done in a while (my taste runs more to traditional bobbers) arlen ness is still one of the most creative builders today. where pauly's bikes look like he is grasping for straws.

the guideline oftentimes is going that hall of popularity fathers have mediocre sons. Marginal gamers have hall of popularity sons. Tony Gwynn Jr. would be good yet splendid now he's not a high quality starter on a mediocre group.

are you kidding? occ are parts installers. they open catalogs, order parts, wait for arlen to ship them to them & then install them on their gay "theme" bikes.

arlen on the other hand has built & designed wild machines since the late 1960's & is pretty much without equal in the bike building world.

look at some of his early designs, everything was built in house & arlen did all the painting.
