The case of Stephanie proves how ineffable charisma and crowd appeal really are. She sounded great. She didn't look bad. She performed with personality. But something didn't click with the group. Impossible to explain. But undeniable.

Yes, but I don't think it should have been this soon. There was something about her that I think people just didn't care for. Not her voice, but she just wasn't appealing. But when you heard her speaking in an interview, she seems like such a nice person.
