Parkour is basically about overcoming physical obstacles with the greatest possible efficiency and speed. Wikipedia describes the basic moves. But for a general feeling you should check out the videos. If you want to learn this, find some experienced people in your area you can practice safely with. It's very easy to get hurt with a lot of these moves.
