we came across a bunch of old gramaphone and phonograph records...very old ones....i've tried searching for a site to see how much they're worth but cant find one... Can anyone help??

I am so sorry to hear about your grandfather's passing, I know how you feel. Also I don't know where you'd be able to get someone to find out about the value of those items...all I can think of is to find an appraiser or someone like the type of people they have on Antique's Roadshow that tell people the value and history of the stuff they bring in on tv. My husband has this ring that he's also been trying to find out who to go to also because he is so sure it has such significance but doesn't know where to go for this kind of stuff either, so if you find out could you let me know, if it's not too much trouble, please.

ebay is usually a pretty good indicator for collectable values.
