I need to write an essay on mentally disordered offenders and in 1992 John Reed wrote an important report on it and I need to find a copy of it. If anyone has an internet link or web site address where I can find it I would appreciate it........

Have you tried all the on-line databases at your library, like Psych info, Psych articles? If you've had no luck there and the library staff can't point you in the right direction try Google Scholar.
