ok... how is taking advantage of an old person better than using the identity of a dead girl, luvtono?
I should use the money of a sugadaddy or momma and mess with their emotions rather than take the identity of someone that doesn't care anymore?

If you are asking the question, then you already know the correct answer.
However, I will tell you exactly what you want to hear, as I am your friend and you can trust me.
Absolutely you should use the identity of a dead girl to rent an apartment, what does she care? She's dead! All of this nonsense of disrespecting the dead is just that, nonsense. Don't worry about it, there is no such thing as Karma. It's all good.

Identiy theft is a crime and it's running rampant in this country right now. Why would you be willing to contribute to something like that? It's not worth going to jail over and that's exactly where you will end up if you follow through with your plan. Why don't you try to find a roomate? Someone who is willing to trust you enough to put the bills in their name? It's time to show some responsibility for your actions. Maybe you could find a place to rent on a 6 month basis vs. a year basis? That's the best I can do. I don't have any other answers for ya. Sounds like you got yourself in a tight jam.

Some states don't require a lease, You may have some luck trying there , if you do find a rental , consider the trouble you are having now and don't screw it up again , otherwise you can find the nearest homeless shelter if they have room.

Illegal. Blah blah blah. With that dismissiveness, I certainly can't imagine why you have problems renting. I don't think assuming identities is going to help your "record" any.
Do you lack all basic skills for weighing GOOD ideas versus BAD ideas? Seriously.

Find a roomate and get her to sign the lease then take her out to a big party and ship her overseas in the Peace Corps. Be sure to co-sign the lease before she departs.
Then renew the lease in your name.

No you shouldn't! It's illegal, immoral, and disrespectful. And if you get caught, cellblock 4 is going to be your next rental! Don't do it...it's not worth it. Can you get a cosigner?

they still have to do a credit check, you'd be better off just being honest & offering to give them personal references, family or friends - tell them what already happened - it's better to be honest up front then to try to keep up with your lies.
