It's a good idea for their business. In fact, rampant obesity has no negative concequences for fast-food joints.

You obviously don't know anyone overweight/obese or have never allowed yourself to get close to anyone that way. Food isn't always the cause of people's weight problems. There are many other health factors that can cause these things. Yes poor eating habits is a number one reason, but not always the reason. I would say that is another form of stereotyping.
BTW, Taco Bell is just playing on the late night emotions of people to make the all mighty dollar. It's called advertising.

Well, you're supposed to eat 3 full meals and a snack in between, it keeps your metabolism steady. I wouldn't say eating taco bell is going to help keep it steady, but eating good for you foods 3 meals a day with a small snack is encouraged and proved to be healthier. America is so obese because of all the junk we eat. That and the HUGE plates they serve us at restaurants. People get so used to eating these big plates of food, they get their stomach used to consuming that much and it actually stretches it. It ends up taking more to get you full.

Its depends on who this good idea is for...if you are talking about Taco Bell-well yes, that is great promotion. Its something that not every fast food joint offers. As far as obese people go, they should know not to make their fourth meal Taco Bell, ya know?

It's not Taco Bell's job to keep people from getting fat. It is their job to make money to encourage investors, thereby boosting the stock market. In light of that goal, yes, it is a good idea for Taco Bell to encourage their consumers to purchase more food.

I agree, there is no way it is any of Taco Bells responsibility to make sure people arnt too obese. Honestly, saying htat is like saying car salesman should stop selling cars because they are bad for the environment. if you are a person that does not want to contribute to others unhealthy demise, I wouldnt work there. Aside from not supporting it, theres nothing you can do.

Tace Bell has a business to run. And realistically, they probably do get most of their business from people late at night. So the campaign makes sense. It serves their purpose (making money and selling products). It's up to people to realize they are obese and act accordingly. Taco Bell isn't force feeding anyone, so you can't blame them.

Since Taco Bell had that E-Coili problem, they have been losing customers, so I guess to get them back they had to do something. Its better at Taco Bell now, the service has improved drastically since they get like 5 customers a day.

Most nutritional experts feel that 5 small meals a day are much better than 2 or 3 large ones.
That said; the meals need to be something other than the crud sold at fast food establishments.

Only if the people keep the 4 meals in proportion, Otherwise I don't think its good at all. It's simply going to contribute to the many obese people.
