Does destin, Florida have good sea shells? I'm going there next week. also are there any pictures on websites of the beaches?

There are good seashells to be found at most beaches as the tides change, but so far the best I have found have been on Turtle beach on Siesta Key (gulf side) I brought home about three bags of the most amazing ornate shells including some that are supposedly hard to find.
One word of advice though... If you find an amazing conch shell, please make sure it is empty before you take it. Some of them wash up with the conch still in it and will smell like no tomorrow if you take them and they start rotting.

I about 2 hours from Destin. Here are 2 websites destinfl.com and cityofdestin.com. Beautiful place but be careful where you stay because there is a lot of construction because of the Restoration from the hurricanes

you get the 'best' shells after a storm rolls through
like a thunderstorm - so if one does during your trip -
get out there after the lightning is gone
