Being unfair to others for your own benefit is a form of selfishness. Take the time to consider what it would feel like if you were the other person.
Remember being fair means being fair to everyone, you included. You don’t need to come out the loser because you’re being fair.
The best motivation for being fair is Karma. You know, the old ‘what goes around, comes around.’
Every time you are unfair to others, a time will come when someone will be unfair to you. This may sound unreal, but just ask any person over the age of 30. Selfish behavior comes back and bites you in the as*

It's hard to give ideas, but some of my best are try letting other's make decisions, and when playing games, be honest, and remember it's not horible if you lose. I'm not sure what part of fairness you need ideas on, so im giving you all-over ideas. Try rewarding yourself for being fair. Or talk to yourself in the mirror and try pretending to be fair. Remember not to stress your self out about it!! Good luck!

I always try to put myself in the other person's shoes. It always makes me more fair to people as I can understand why they do certain things.
Other things I have come up with are:
Never judge another.
Always remember that there are two sides to every coin -- two sides to every story.
Forgive everyone -- even when they hurt you.
Step back and weigh the situation.

If you think your "weakest ability is fairness" why are you looking for "ways I can make myself more fair".
