How do I thank someone for watching my son over Spring Break?

I would like to thank someone for watching my son over spring break and I don't know how! We (my husband and I ) were working all week. She has spent money on him - going out and doing stuff all week. I just can't come up with a way to thank her and I aqm wondering if any of you have a good answer to my question. Thanks for any advice you can give. She insisted on no money changing hands.
