Ok...I have this piano recital coming up and I have to choose a song...I have the choice Of Mozart (Sonanta in C second movement), which I have memorized...
Then all my friends want me to play Rascal Flatts; the Bless the Broken Roads...
I like them both...
BUt what should I choose?????????

Both are great songs. I would choose what you know already. But Rascal Flatts Bless the broken Road is a wonderful songs. Its more modern! Have fun good luck whatever you choose.

My opinion is to do Rascal Flatts, because more people know the song, and if there's younger kids at the recital, they'd enjoy it more. but if thats not conveinent for you, since you have Mozart memorized, just do what you had memorized. but if you dont mind doing the rascal flatts and have that memorized (or have time to memorize it) , i say play that one instead.

Mozart . It will click with the whole audience, Rascal Flatts will only click with the people who listen to him.
