Yes, that's normal. You shoud have a little pouch sticking out by now, but alot of women don't show until after 20 weeks or so. With this one I was showing by 18 weeks, but only to people who knew me, and knew how skinny I was before. Now I'm 31 weeks and definitely showing. It'll happen soon, don't worry. Better to show slowly than be huge right away and have people think you're way farther along, or that you're having twins!

I wasn't even showing at 20 weeks. Our bodies carry each pregnancy differently. I didn't show with my daughter until I was 6 months. And she was 9 1/2 pounds at birth. Enjoy.

did you show with your first at that stage? it depends on how big you are to begin with, and how you carry your babies. i showed at 18 weeks with my first, but only enough that i could see it. it wasn't really obvious until about 31 weeks.
