Green Trinity in Kingdom Hearts?

Question

I can't find the green trinity mark in Vines 1 in the Deep Jungle in Kingdom Hearts. I know there is two. I got the first one, which was in the Tunnle. But I cannot find the second one in Vines 1. Can someone give me specific directions as to where it is? I also want to know how the heck am I suppose to get to Pooh's Muddy Path? I have all 5 pages and have completed all the minigames but it still hasn't showed up on the page. What do i have to do to get it? Do I have to be on a specific level or get a specific score on all the minigames? Somebody please help me. Please don't give me a website to a stragedy guide. I already have two. And neither give specific how-and-where to get it info on either. I have looked at many other stragedy guides and they haven't helped either. I need direction directions from someone who has played it and knows exactly what to do. Please help.

DEEP JUNGLE - Trinities:

~~ Blue Trinities

:: Near the table in the camp area
Receive - Dalmatians 34, 35, and 36

:: In the climbing tree area
Receive - Dalmatians 31, 32, and 33

~~ Red Trinities

None

~~ Green Trinities

:: In the treetop area, outside the tunnel area. It being green against green, it is hard to spot.
Receive - HP Balls and Mythril Shard

~~ Yellow Trinities

None

~~ White Trinities

:: In the cave where you sealed the Deep Jungle Keyhole
Receive - Orichalcum

BOOK OF POOH:
1) Get each page, and go to Merlin's Hut thingy, In Transverse Town... (accessed from either the Underground Waterway OR through 3rd District)
2) Walk over to the Book in the corner of the room
3) Choose the option to enter the book
4) Enter the Book - note, Sora will shrink - and is alone.
5) Walk over to one of the drawings on the two pages - and either hit with your keyblade (or attempt to) OR just walk up to the drawing and an option which appear. Choose to enter this place.
