if i lived in kentucky and moved to california and got pulled over would my kentucky court order be on california police database?

Yes. And the next time you are arrested, you will get a much harsher penalty.

If you were ordered by a court to do something, and you don't follow through with it, the counselor is required to notify the court of your absence. At that point, the court could issue a bench warrant for your arrest for contempt of court. That can and probably will follow you to California. Once the warrant is issued, it goes into one or more databases, NCIC for example, would have the warrant on file. Depending on the seriousness of the original offense and how bad Kentucky wants you back, you could find yourself in a lot of trouble.

If the Kentucky court issued a warrant based on your failure to obey the court order, that could easily show up in the system.
