If you're looking for one site that can give you a lot of information about a lot of dinosaur extinction theories, from the plausible to the downright absurd, then here is a good, reliable site -
http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/diapsids/extinction.html
I hope this helped.

Well, you're certainly not going to find any in the "anthropology" section. Since anthropology is the study of the human species throughout space and time, and dinosaurs died out long before humans or our close ancestors evolved, you are definetly in the wrong section.
If you're looking for dino info, check out http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/diapsids/dinobuzz.html.
It's a web site produced by the California Museum of Paleontology. It would be a good place to start and you might find some good alternative sources (books, articles, etc.) on their site.
If you want to check out some silly theories about dinosaur extinction, go to http://palaeo.gly.bris.ac.uk/Communication/Couch/101Theories.html and click on "unbelievable theories." This site also has a bibliography of sources you might want to check out.
If you are writing a scientific paper for school, I would avoid authors like the aforementioned Gish and Kent Hovind (who calls himself "Dr. Dino". Such writers have often been found to intentionally present incorrect information in their published works in order to advance a non-scientific (political) agenda. I'm not saying you should avoid the writings of religious scientists (there are plenty of very good scientists who are also religious) but make sure that the writer of the book or owner of the web site is actually qualified to discuss the information that you are trying to research. One clue: if anyone says that dinosaurs and humans lived at the same time, or that there is a conspiracy to keep "truth" about dinosaurs hidden, then they probably aren't a credible source on extinction.
