All I can say is, try to make them quick so you can get back to sleep right away! I have the same problem with the dry climate. I wake up several times needing a sip of water (I keep a water bottle by my bed). One suggestion that may help lessen the trips a bit-- when you feel like you're done peeing, wait a few seconds. Then lean forward and a little more pee will come out. I read that in a book somewhere, and I'm telling you it works every time. Even squeezing out that last little bit may help you not have to go so quickly again. Good luck, it stinks but it's just one of those things we gotta go through! In fact, I have to go right now just from thinking about peeing....

Just suck it up and pee!!! Ha ha thats the worst part for me too!! the baby is just putting so much pressure on your bladder that you cant help it, and also when you get pregnant the amount of blood in your body increases dramatically which leads to a lot of extra fluid getting processed through your kidneys and ending up in your bladder. Night times are the worst too because when you lie down, some of the fluid that you retained in your legs and feet during the day makes its way back into your bloodstream and eventually into your bladder... Just look at it this way.. it's nature's cruel way of training you for the many nights of interrupted sleep once your baby arrives ha ha

For me when I had that problem, I drank a lot earlier in the day so I was not dehydrated, and 3 hours before I went to bed I stopped drinking, and went to the bathroom as much as possible before fallig asleep that night.

And it will until baby is born. Sorry love! I actually found that I had to lean forward to void completely. It was crazy!
But let me tell you that almost immediately after baby is born, your back, legs and bladder feel relieved!
Take care!
BTW When are you due?

Try just ice chips in lieu of water, and no liquids past 5 pm, but don't expect your potty habits to change dramatically.
