An expert on a talk show said there could be millions of possibilities of the laws of physics. Could somebody elaborate on what it would be like in a few other forms?

What are the common laws of physics. Newton's laws begin with:
An object at rest will remain at rest unless acted upon by an outside force.

In another universe, an object might jump around without being forced???

In another universe, of course, there might be other kinds of "atoms", with other properties., etc..etc.

I think that expert is just flying off at the mouth - trying to sound profound. I've heard this said before, but never heard anyone suggest alternative laws.
Its simply interesting speculation. No more substance than science fiction.

Some matters simply are. You can not say something created them any longer than you'll be able to say not anything created them. If you consider the legislation of fact that physics seeks to explain could not exist besides via being created then that is what you consider's proper. I haven't any curiosity in disabusing you of a perception that can not be confirmed flawed or proper.
