Objective means with no personal opinion added in. Like, you always arrive on time and have clean clothes. Whether someone liked you or not, these would be objective facts. Subjective means someone's opinion, about personality or dedication or whatever.

You may have two coworkers. One says you are great to work with because you have such a friendly and bubbly personality. The other says that you are horrible to work with because you never shut up. The objective info is the same: you talk a lot. But each person has his or her own subjective interpretation of it.
