You are definately going to have to take care of them. Follow what the previous answerer said and get bunny formula and bottles from your local pet store or vet.

You need to keep them warm and in a very quiet area of your house. Be gentle and calm with them when you feed them. Call your vet with any questions or if they seem to not be eating well.

You're going to have to feed them yourself if you want them to survive. Talk to your vet about getting a high-quality subsitute nursing milk for them and the proper type of bottles.
Honestly, if its her first litter, its not unusual that she's ignoring them. She might not know what to do. In the future, it may be better if you try to mostly ignore her when she has them. By ignore, I mean don't pick the babies up or peek in on her too often. This makes her nervous and will cause her to abandon them.
