Gross but ok......I lke a little of both.... and why?? well because if it wasn't 'happening' I wouldn't be feeling too relaxed!!

pe.eing if its been awhile. altho a nice leisurely poop is good too. i`m just looking for "relief" and not relaxation when it comes to that.
