Mari, depression that is enduring has chemistry in its equation...chemistry requires some 'action' from you for any results to happen...
if you are serious, make yourself go for a walk..a jog..a hike.. a bike ride..swimming..DO SOMETHING...
if that is more than you want to do for your self, and you think reading a book is going to 'fix' your problems, read Duane Dwyer [i may not have spelled that correctly].. then
if what-ever book you read doesn't 'fix' your problem, seek therapy or counseling , that always costs enough money to get most folks off there butts and DOING something to pay the therapist..
depression is a mental issue involving more than just your intellect...you don't just wake up depressed one day..and not the next.
You are moving in the right direction tho..you are out-side your own internal dialog being "here".. that's a positive thing..
