this question is for all of you ps3 owners?

okay so i have a ps3 and i have this game that is a ps2 game and i wanted to know if it is possible that can i play that ps2 game online on the ps3

the game is the sims 2 and yes i do have a ps2 2 but i want to play the sims 2 game (the ps2 game) on my ps3 please tell me if this is possible thank you

I have no idea if you can. I havem't tried to play any of my PS2 games in my PS3. I only bought it for the Bluray player. I think the Wii and the 360 are 100 times better.
