Would that be a prohibition against burning all flags or just the Stars and Stripes? Does this really matter? There are issues that are so much more important than this one, so I hope he is not wasting his time and our tax dollars on something like that.

No politician in his right mind would support it. The Supreme Court has ruled on this time and time again. Freedom of expression is one of the basic tenets of the Bill of Rights.

If I was a politician, I would point out what an oxymoron flag burning is. Exercising your right of free expression while destroying the very symbol of it is one of the biggest contradictions I can think of.

Yes! Hillary voted against it, btw. It was a 286 to 130 vote in the House.
