I haven't heard of that one, which country are they in?
They should never ask you for money (except if you're the shop that's hiring them).
They may be a legit small business (I haven't heard of them, but every company has to start somewhere). Better business bureau isn't alway much help... depending where you are, there are usually industry groups that accept only reputable members who may be able to help.

not that particular company, but I, personally, know two people who have worked as mystery shoppers.
you won't get rich, but when dollars per hour are calculated, you do ok.
also, they cover the cost of the purchases, and you get to keep whatever you buy.

Never heard of it. Did you go to Mysteryshop.org and post your question. Perhaps someone on there may have information on them, and whether they are legit.
I haven't MS'd in a while and am not up-to-date on any new companies.
