yep, and wasn't even my fault...
After partying all day and all night, went into this roadside diner after the bar closed for a bite to eat. My friend had a lit cigarette in her hand and was propping on the windowsill -- when the unthinkable happened--the curtain caught on fire. I did the only logical thing I could think of at the time and went for the water pitcher and tossed the water on the fire ...splashing the cold ice water all over my very intoxicated friend....
She came up like a bull in a china shop... and caused a very big scene. She did not appreciate it and was trying her best to get to me...overturned the table.. threw forks and knives at me --that she was picking up off other patrons tables she was passing by while trying to catch me....
Needless to say they told all four of us to get the hell out and NEVER come back...and to think --after I saved their building from burning to the ground.... I will never forget it as long as I live....

yes, quite a few places, suprisingly Chillis being one of them. I have gone in there at different locations, at different times and the staff has always been rude, the food terrible and I just won't go back. My husband probably wants to ban me from the kitchen at times. lol

Yes, we banned Bennigans. After 2 visits there with bad service, the food was wrong, the waitress was rude, the manager was almost as rude as the waitress, we will never go back.

Yeah, I have banned myself from eating at certain places like taco bell, del taco and the likes. For me the food is always bad so that is the reasons.

No I haven't but I've banned them, we had a day last year where a certain nationality was allowed to take off work for the day no matter where they worked or the job they held and still the employer had to pay them, so I've banned that nationalities restaurants and food, haven't had it since. Won't have it again.

White Castle is off my 'Reccomend to a Friend' list of eating establishments for life.
Food poisoning does NOT put these guys above my local greasy spoon...

Actually both - I got into it with a manager at a bar & grill who not only defending her staff's incompetence but began to verbally assualt me in front of my employees and calling me names and told me "get out, you slut"! This was after a business meal with two employees - one male & one female. The place was attached to a hotel that I'd been staying at for several years. I wrote to the owner & later heard she'd finally been fired, but I never went back, ever!
