You're going to get a bunch of metrosexual she-men telling you that pregnant women are the most beautiful women in the world. The truth is that it's very very conditional.
Unless it's the guy's baby theres a natural mechanism that clicks in a man's brain saying, "She is undesireable." Not to say that pregnant women are ugly, but on an instinctual level they aren't attractive since the territory has already been marked.
So take that how you will, but unless the guy has some weird fetish nobody is going to be passing a pregnant woman on the street and turning to his friends to say, "Dude, did you see that hottie?!"
So the hard truth is that if it's the guy's child in there you'll probably have an even split between, "Man, she is beautiful carrying my baby." and "I really hope she loses that weight after it's born."

I'm not a man, but I'm a mother of two...my husband and I had more "relations" during my pregnancies than we do in one year while I am not pregnant. Most men see a pregnant woman and how she glows, when you are pregnant, there is just some kind of umph to you. You are happy, you are proud, and you really don't care what anyone else thinks because you can't stop smiling over the fact that you are about to be a mom and from that comes this thing that men LOVE....self-confidence!!!!!!

I find it attractive in a non sexual way. I believe it is a natural part of a very fascinating process. I'm the father of two and I loved mom when she was pregnant and felt she was/is just as attractive just as much as I did before! I think pregnancy is a beauty in and of itself that non pregnant women can't even compete with! Congratulations on the pregnancy and the best of luck for you and your family! You shouldn't concern yourself with what other persons think. Your pregnant! Some people can't experience this and envy those that can. Looks really have nothing to do with it in my opinion. Be happy and so will your baby!!

My fiancee asked me to answer this question, so you are getting a male's perspective, but with a female avatar. My fiance is 7.5 months pregnant and she's 5'1". So far she's only gained about 20 lbs. and I don't think it's spread anywhere except around her stomach because she still wears her jeans. At work people say she has a basketball in her shirt. To me she's still beautiful. We've been together for 7 years and I love her even more because that's my child she's carrying in there! I'm sure your man feels the same as me.

My wife and I have had three children, and through every pregnancy, she experienced the usual feelings that a pregnant woman gets. She, too, felt ugly and unattractive. She was uncomfortable all the time, had a tough time adjusting to her new center of mass (she'd tip over sometimes!), and with the pressure on her bladder she was generally just miserable. Nevertheless, when I looked at her, with her round and wonderful shape, I could not help but smile at the beautiful woman that she is, who not only loves me, but is willing to experience all that misery just so she could bear my children. Frankly, there's nothing much more beautiful than that.

I know you said men only, but I have to tell you, I have had more guys hit on me during my two pregnancies than the rest of my life combined. My husband thinks I am beautiful, and I am almost nine months pregnant. As a matter of fact, almost every morning, before he leaves for work, he tells me to be naked when he gets home. :-) I have to tell you, also, that no matter how much he tells me I am pretty, I feel like a big fat tub of lard. So, as ugly as you feel, men still think you are beautiful. I hope that thought comforts you.
