When I started secondary school I was bullied for liking classical music, having a dithering chin and not shaving my legs (earnt me the nickname Hairy Helen, which lasted for five years - even after I started to shave them). Because I'm not very good at making friends (I have Asperger Syndrome) there was no-one to stick up for me. When I went to the teachers I was told to ignore it (never works). When I started to lash out I was punished heavily while the bullies were usually let off. I changed school after three years. The name-calling carried on because of students living in the same area.

Yes I was at school. I wish I'd known then how to deal with the bullies. I have been bullied all my life - must draw them somehow. I try to feel compassion and sympathy for them but it's not always that easy ofcourse ! I sometimes feel intense hatred for the nasty bullies but then I consciously let go. PEACE !!

Yes and it always seemed like the teachers stood up for the bullies.

probably, but to be honest I am bullied in one way or another all the time, its life and its what has made me what i am. Bullying can be so subtle that you do not realise that you are having it done to you or if your are doing it to someone else half the time. Kids are cruel and brutally honest so the bullying you get at school is the least harmful of all

hey xx yes i was bullied at school quite a few times and i regret some of the things that i have done because i have bullied other people as well but i admit it and i have said sorry and things like that!
i used to be called racist comments and horrible names and it was also physical but i hit back and stood my ground i wasn't going to just cower down and let them all walk over me!

Yes, but remeber the best form of revenge is success. I went on to do great things with my life, whilst the mindless idiots who bullied me are now stuck in dead end jobs, if they are working at all, with pathetic insular lives. Bear that in mind if you are being bullied. I still chuckle when I see some of the sad acts that used to bully me and as they say, he who laughs last, laughs the longest! Good luck.

not really.i did have experiences of a few nasty incidents but they were fairly isolated.to my eternal shame i did along with a few other guys who i would d escribe as serial bullies give one particular boy a pretty hard time for a while. thankfully a teacher found out and showed us the error of our ways. i realised the hurt that i was causing and whilst i was never friendly with the boy i did intercept anybody that carried on trying to bully him.i still squirm with embarrassment thinking about it now 35 years later

People tried but they didnt know that I was the bully! I didnt never hurt anybody like that or make someone miserable..I bullied boys..lol
I used to stab them! [lol] my bullying was more of a middle school thing, it was an acceptable type of bullying, nobody got seriously hurt or offended...
