What exactly is cheating in your opinion?

All of them. Sometimes the emotional cheating is the worst.

Emotional & sexual (and I mean ANY sexual conductIE: Kissing, fondling, oral sex, you do not have to have actual intercourse) Worse than the pysical affair is the emotional affair. People may not realize it as it is happening but when you become extremely intimate emotionally with someone other than your souse, it causes far more damage than some one night fling of purley physical sex that meant nothing. When you share an intimate connection with another that is stronger than the one you share with your mate, it causes great pain. I knw. I was in an emotional affiar for year, did not realize it at the time. I fnally divorced because my marriage suffered terribly. I was getting all my emotional needs met elsewhere. Now in retrospect i see that what i did was cheating. My b/f and I (the one from the emotional affair) both agree that either of us were to ever have a "FRIENDSHIP" with the opposire sex even half way close to what we had we would consider it an act of betrayal.

I knw the bible says not to even lust after another, but we cannot control our thoughts and fantasies, WE CAN HOWEVER CONTROL WHETHER OR NOT WE ACT ON THEM. so if you find yourself attracted to the opposite sex at work and you value your marriage AVOID LONG LUNCHES, E-MAILS, TEXT MESSAGES, DRINKS AFTER OWRK ETC. avoid temptaion. Do not put yourself in a position of ever screwing up

emotional is the worst kind of cheating b/c that means the 'cheater' has an attachment that is deeper than a sexual affair. mental, to me, would just be fantasy and there is no harm in that, as long as you don't act-or the fantasy doesn't change to emotional or physical.

It is all cheating to me lol. I think going to a strip club is cheating. They are thinking about what they would do to the woman putting her t*ts and a** in their face. Just because they dont physically touch them doesn't mean anything. Going home and screwing their wives bec they are horny and thinking of the other woman while screwing their wives is cheating too! I am not a bible thumper but it even says it in the 10 commandments. Thou shall not covet thy neighbors wife. That to me means he should not be thinking of or looking at another woman in that way other then his wife. Or Visa versa with women cheating on men.

If you are talking about a man or woman cheating on his or her spouse the answer would be sexual, because thinking about cheating doesn't mean you're cheating. It might not be fair, but it's still not cheating.

Well ya can cheat on your taxes, or cheat on your boyfriend, or cheat on your test at school or cheat yourself when you don't give yourself a break, or lots of ways to cheat in all those ways...death and taxes are two they say you won't win at cheating...

I think physically-doing anything that involves someone else that isn't your mate...
having emotions for someone is not cheating b/c you're not necessarily acting out on it.

In my parent's case, they're not having sex and fighting and that is there marriage. So I guess cheating would one of them having the disrespect to not be having sex and fighting with someone else
