-preps- no hard feelings.
I'm a head banger- and every one else in my school are preps- and they think that they are better than me- Because they were A.Eagal and A&F. Abd thay treat me like Dirt because I were AC/DC and Kiss tops- and I like Metal! Why are Preps so Conceated?

Because their all fake. I never wont to be a prep but so many tried and it made me sick. I was just me.

Keep in mind that most people who seem to be "stuck up" act that way out of an inferiority complex / low self-esteem. Learn to be comfortable with who you are and don't "act" any way to fit in with any group. When I was young I had long hair, loved AC/DC and most other metal bands of the time, and was assumed to do drugs (even though I didn't and was actually a police explorer - no not a narc), and had a 3.6 grade average in high school.
If they don't want to know you, it is their loss!!!
However, keep in mind that no one is really "better" than anyone else - just different!!! That includes the reverse......

I, a metal head, argee with you to the fullest about being put down. But its something you have to deal with.
I actually go to parties with some of these "preps" and they are pretty down to earth, some of them, once you get to know them. The only differences we have, are the taste of clothes, music, and how we spend free time.

Because you label them..and they label you...its called sterotyping. Preps don't think they are better than everyone else either..you just think that. And if I was you i would stop calling them preps..their human too.
