I don't know of any software for producers. There's software for a lot of other jobs in theater: stage management, house management, and the general ledger stuff that comes from running a company.

But "producer" has always been a rather elastic job title, and most of those jobs don't lend themselves well to software. It mostly involves dealing with people: directors, crew, vendors, venue owners, the board of the organization putting on the show.

A couple of books you should look into:

http://www.amazon.com/Producing-Theatre-Comprehensive-Legal-Business/dp/0879103175/ref=pd_sim_b_5/103-1813472-5561412
http://www.amazon.com/Stage-Producers-Business-Legal-Guide/dp/1581152418/ref=pd_bxgy_b_text_b/103-1813472-5561412

You can let Amazon's suggestions take you from there to the books you need in particular.

Interesting question.

You can try

http://www.ankesoftware.com/
http://performingarts.net/Links/products.html

They don't look to be an exact match, but I hope they help.
