It is not rice that is making you fat, it is the amount you are eating. Eat less rice, more veggies, fruits and meat. Also exercise at least 5 times a week doing 3 types of exercises. Weight lifting for strength, aerobics for fitness and calisthenics for flexibility.

Why don't you cut down your rice to like only one third of what you used to eat. Just eat like two bowls of rice per day. And eat some other dish stuff. i forgot what it was called. Why you put ok at the end of every sentence ok? :) eat like kimchi or or other stuff. And don't jog because that makes you tired and makes you want to eat. So like go to gym and run on the treadmill for ten min. or do yoga. i do that all the time and i look great. but my avatar makes me look like michael jackson...ugh...people said that swimming brings back your abs. A lot of fat people swim.

Is not a problem, you have to control how much you eating (rice) mmm honesty i love rice 2 n___n, remember in Korea eat a lot of rice with kimchie, kochujang, a lot of banchang so is not your fault is a lot of yummi food o.O but u have to control yourself the quantity of food... drink a lot of water and eat in ur dinner something light (no rice)... have a nice day too..

Lol. Ok.. if it is a part of your culture then I guess it is something that is going to be hard to give up ok? I would suggest that you stop eating it so often ok? And work out a bit to get those abs back? Trust me its probably not going to be that hard ok? That is probably the only thing that is causing you to lose your abs? As for the girls... I don't know what to tell you ok?

rice doesnt make u fat...i just met a girl from the Philippines and she says all they eat is rice mainly...and she is so skinny....shes 20 and cant wear a 00

I really don't have a clue...so you can't without rice...but that is not good for you...hmm. I guess ...you should stop eating rice...or don't care about the others and eat rice no matter if they like you or not.

I'm a newbie to this program, but I have a suggestion that may help you. From my experience in losing weight, it is helpful to eat just half portions of every meal. Also, if you are in good health. (get doctor approval), every day
bend over slowly 10 times and try to touch your toes. Then run slowly for about 2 blocks. Try this to start. You will gradually lose weight.Because:
