Hiya. I too have had this problem, and have often had to re-pierce my friends/siblings ears. Don't worry, it's fairly easy, although I can't promise it wont hurt a little! (But IMO, A little pain's better than having 2 pay to get them pierced again!)

1 - Find the earring that they pierced your ear with (which are usually sharper than regular earrings) or the sharpest pointed earring you have, and perferrably the one with the thinnest back-piece

2 - Numb your ear using either a numbing cream/spray (available at any pharmacy, you may already have some) or Ice.

3 - when you can no longer feel your earlobe, you're ready to go. Use either a piece of foam, or some cork (I always use a wine bottle cork) and hold it directly behind your earlobe.

4 - With your free hand, just push the earring in as quickly and as forcefully as you can, ensuring it is in the correct location, or you will effectively be adding a 2nd hole to your ear! It doesn't always work this way, so you may have to fiddle around a little, pushing it through gradually.

It is often really difficult to pierce our own ears, as we have a reflex that prevents us causing harm to ourselves. (Same way you cannot stay under water long enough to drown yourself!). It's therefore much easier to get a friend to do it for you, as you close your eyes.

Well, good luck! If this doesn't work, I don't know what will, and I guess you'll just have to get them done again professionally.

Dip the earring in alcohol, to prevent infection, and have someone put the earring in through the back, instead of going through the front. You will need someone else to put it in for you, they can see the faint hole better, than if you tried it yourself. Good luck and hold your breath, it will still hurt a little.

If it hurts, i think its because you are sensitive to the fake kind of earings. You should wear either real gold or silver or atleast sterling silver. And if that doesnt help, then you should see a doctor.

rub an ice cube right where the hole is to try and numb it a little, and stick it it in one single motion and do not take them off for such a long time again.

You just have to hold your breath and stick it. Make sure you look in the mirror and make sure you get it right in the hole. Good luck!!
