Does the XBOX 360 Core Console have a connection for a hard drive like the premimum console?

They are the same thing the premium just comes with the hard drive.

You and buy the drive and attach it. It takes all of about 3 seconds

Yes, there's a little cover that's over the space that you pop off and place the HDD in.

yes, it does otherwise they would sell the core at a very cheap price!!!
