I am looking for a ghostwriter?

for a true story-however as I am financing the project on my own it must be one who is willing to work for a small flat rate
and a percentage of royalties if it sells. does anyone have suggestions

While this is a labor of love for you, it is a huge commitment in time for someone for whom this kind of writing is a livelihood. If this story doesn't make it through the publishing process, the royalties will be zero, and the ghostwriter's percentage is worthless.

If you have a contract with a publisher, the flat fee plus royalties deal may make sense, and I am interested in learning more about the project. In that case, please add that info to your question and you'll get better responses.

You need someone who can organize your story and transpose it to book form, and you want to reap the majority of the profits simply because you have the 'idea' ?. I will do this for you, but only for a large flat rate (any writers out there work by the hour?) and 60% of the royalties . What you are really looking for is a collaborator or partner. You did not specify the extent of the project, how much research involved, who does it, who pays for it. Try writing it your self? thanks and good luck
