I would look at H & M. They have the hippest and latest trends out esp. for spring and summer. You can find some cute babydoll dresses tha are really in this spring and match them up with a cute yellow chloe tote bag and flats.

JcPenneys, Sears, Macy's, eBay....basically any major department store that you'd go to in person would have appropriate dresses.
