Personally i would find a time to sit with her and have an open HONEST talk. Tell her how you feel about her and ask her to give you an honest answer. She maybe curious (even bi) but may not know how to deal with these feelings. She may however just be leading you on and getting a kick out of it MORE so if your not letting on how you really feel. If she's a good friend she will not tease you like this. And she wont want to hurt your feelings in this way. I cant believe you have put up with this for 3 years!!!! I certainly wouldn't of done.
Talk to her is the only way to find out the truth babe

OMG, girl, run!!!! A lot of times a straight girl who has a lesbian friend will play on the fact that she's a lesbian for attention. When the straight girl isn't getting enough attention from men, she turns to her friend, just to run after whatever guy looks her way. You're in a dangerous cycle here, if I were you I'd get a gf and forget about Jessica in any romantic way!

It sounds like she is just scared to admit that she is lesbian or at least bisexual. I"m sure it is a scary experience to go through. But I if she really is your friend I doubt she is doing this to mess with your head. But you should be honest with her and tell her to just admit how she really feels and to stop going back and forth. And tell her how you feel about her. Because it is not going to get better if you just let it go on the way it has been, because there is no reason for her to change because you are not being proactive about what she is doing. But once she knows what is going on, on your end I'm sure things will change.

Analize her behavior!
Jessica already knows that you have a crush with her. Let a lone 3 years. And shes certainly using this excuse with you to make you do something. To her you give in. So she uses it. Ingnore her and tell her that you found the perfect Veronica---o migh gosh she is the best, and I promise you will find out what her true feelings are.

If she knows that you're a lesbian and DOESN'T know that you have a crush on her, then she's probably just joking around (albeit poorly). If she knows that you like her, she's either being rude (or making fun of you) or she's trying to hint that she likes you. Since you are best friends, just talk to her. Tell her that she's been sending signals that confuse you. Tell her that she's hurt you. Ask her what's going on. If she really is your best friend, she'll understand. If she continues to joke around and practically make fun of you and your sexuality, walk away. She isn't worth it if she acts like that.
