It is a fact about real love, that feeling never goes away... sometimes it feels that you ve fallen out of this love, but suddenly it all comes back to you...its about 20 years and after marriage and separation, still the same true love lies in my heart....not knowing the whereabouts of my love..I think thats what people call the test of time :-)

That's happen to me right now. A little background and I'll keep it short. I been separated for 7months from my husband and he was cheating and now he lives with other women and after a year I meet someone and now I live with someone. I still love my husband deeply and I wake up thinking about him and during the day and night right before bed, and I got this boyfriend of mine next to me. It drives me mad. Last week I woke up at 5am and I starting crying because I miss my husband. Of course the boyfriend didn't know. My husband feels the same way. 2nights ago I meet with my husband and we do what to get back together but we made of mess of things with these other people. My husband told me when am ready he will come back home, but now I got someone and I don't know how to tell him.Anyways my heart and mind is with my husband every minute or the day I think about my husband and I truly what him back , like today.

This is a good question. Especially for people dealing with break ups.
Love doesnt just come, and it doesnt just go away. It does lessen with time and distance. I have an ex girlfriend from 10 years ago that I still love but am not looking to be with her. Then there is my ex wife that I just divorced who I still love madly and know we wont be together. The answer is, the feeling never ends, it just fades into good memories. The best thing about the heart is it can love again.

Honey, my friends and I call that person our weakness. It never ends because you always have this mental image in your mind about that person who only brings happiness into your life. It's a healthy way of loving someone forever.

over time - you will realize that you are better off with the one who is going through the ups and downs with you. you will realize the other person you think you love - has a life of their own - and it will never be the same. give it time - you will see.

yes.....it takes time - lots of time. You can't control who you love so you can't stop loving someone just because you can't be with them. I had to train myself to not think about that person and focus on the one I was with. It took years before I was able to go a day without thinking of them.

i guess that's possible...the feeling of caring for somebody you used to love will always be there but not the same feeling of passion you had...

It's a place in your heart that is all yours. Maybe it will just stay there forever. Let it keep you warm and keep moving forward!
