i am leaving for florida a month from now and i am going to be wearing a lot of skirts and capri's and bathing suits there. I also have very skinny ugly thighs and legs. i was wondering what excersises will give me thicker thighs and legs within a month.
i already do squats, but is there anything i can do with them????

i have the same problem, i do squats. also, if you lay down on a flat surface (aka floor) on your side, and lift up the leg on top and s l o w l y bring it down, that works out your thighs, and then you have to flip and do the other leg. also laying down on your back and lifting each leg up and down build leg muscle. you could also see if there is a gym near you and work out on treadmills or some other equipment.

Hold 2-5 lb. weights in your hands as you do the squats to add resistence.

Calf raisers will help build up your calf muscles.

Leg lifts will help tone your legs.

This may sound strange, but try to make a habit of walking on your toes (the balls behind your toes, rather.) This is more of a continual process, and more for your calves, but it works them up, keeps them strong and will thicken them up in an appealing sort of way.
