Browsing is OK, but reading a whole magazine really isn't very ethical or considerate. Same with reading books at the bookstore. If you want to read these things for free, go to the library.

Whenever I go into WH Smiths to buy a magazine I have trouble getting to them because of all the people standing there reading.
If you try to squeeze in you get a dirty look - yet it's me whose actually paying.

Here's another thing to think about.
If several people have already read the magazine I'm buying - it's now second hand. So how come I don't get it any cheaper?

in less your not planning on taking it out of the store without paying for it then technically your not stealing it

no you are not stealing.youare just reading it and you didnt takeit out of the store with you.stealing is taking something without permission and keeping it.

If they didnt want you browsing before you buy they'd sell them in plastic bags like the nudey mags come in.

no i have done that befor only if your reading it INSIDE the store its fine but if its like inside a bag then you CANT open it intill you pay it
