Go to the mall and shop around. i had a promotion from eighth grade last year and i went to many places. start weeks before you can try JC Penny's or Kohls(they have cute dresses) or any of your other regular stores. also go to small stores -they may surpise you! my advice is to buy whenever you se a cute dress. I bought a really hot dress for only 20 last christmas. good luck!
