Not always. I do if i want different answers than the one's posted. Or fresh answers.

Althought i am tired of seeing that one question in the internet section about kids trying to access sites that their schools have blocked. I think that could possibly the number one asked question. (Every 5th question asked)

No, I usually read all the answers to their question(which was the same one I was gonna ask before I saw that somebody already asked it) and usually I figure out what I came to figure out. Ta-da! And then (hopefully) my problem is solved.
