Personally, I'd go into the stall next to them and try and out "nnNNnnNNNnnnNnnnnnngggggGGggGhhhhHHhhhh" them. Even if I'm just pretending.
I'm a bit competitive.

I start laughing but very quietly to make sure they don't hear me and then get out of the restroom as soon as possible! LOL!!!
