You guys seem to be forgetting that Saturday IS a business day for the post office.
Ask the seller what method they shipped by. If you bought books, it's likely that they used parcel post, which could take up to 7 days, or they might have used media mail, which is wayyy less expensive, but can take up to ten days. Also, if your seller went to the post office late in the day, that day doesn't count.

You count business days as Mon-Friday only -- but, more than likely the person who is sending you the books used "Book Rate" -- unless you paid extra to have it shipped otherwise. Book rate may take a little longer. As I always tell my mother (who shops EBay), relax and give it another day or two. (If you get too antsy, you can always email the seller - just to verify what day it actually was sent.)

Monday thru Friday are Business days , so when you count your 3-5 days you don't include Saturday and Sunday, and Holidays.

Monday through Friday - if they sent it on a Saturday, you might not get it until a week later, so it could actually take 10 days including the weekend.

Depends on the shipping source. UPS ground takes forever in certain locations 4 ot 5 days. Fedex will get it there in 3 days.
We live in the US and nothing should take 5 days.

seller should give you a tracking number. use that number to check the status on the link below.
business days mon-fri. if business days are divided by a week-end, that means it the package might take longer to include the week-end.
