graduation open houses?

I need to rent a place for an open house.....in indianapolis, does anyone know of a place?

While some good places have been listed, the cost of renting these out can be on the expensive end. I recommend calling around to local apartment complexes. Many of them have nice clubhouses they will rent out in the evening, or during the daytime on Sundays for as little as $100 to even people who do not live there. They usually include a full kitchen and have a nice residential feel.
