they were on watchdog yesterday as the worst performers

I phoned when i got a block on my phone.Instead of transferring
me to another number.They gave another number to call.Before
i could ask to confirm the number.Off.So had to phone back and
a big mouth came on.I managed to get a few words in,before.Off again.I walked into Carphone Warehouse and got
another S card.Threw the Orange one.They are S*IT.

Compared to 3 orange are a walk in the park. You want crap service go to 3 they are top of the pile.

nope... so far they are (by far) the best of the services available. Not had a problem in the eight years I have been with them.

they seem okay to me but I have only phoned them a couple of times, maybe you have just been unlucky.
